Some people push the Law of Attraction without looking at the whole person and insist that you have to turn every thought around and try and be happy all the time.
But let’s face it, that is completely unrealistic and setting you up for a life of trying to be perfect. You are human and humans are designed to experience a range of emotions.
Trying to be positive all the time is actually another form of control. One wants to go much deeper than that to truly heal.
Does turning your thought around help? Yes, it certainly can. But you’ve got to reach much deeper and hang out with your body which houses sensations, emotions, intuition, and so much more.
So it’s time to sit in silence and listen to yourself on a soulful level. That is where the true magic happens, including manifesting changes, feeling love, and tapping into a wellspring of abundance.
