I’ve been fascinated by the sounds of water for the last couple months as it has been so soothing and healing.
At first, I was visiting the beach at least weekly, listening to the waves greet me with a sense of peace. I also gravitated towards hikes in the forest, checking out waterfalls and streams.
In the midst of this exploration, I felt compelled to record the sounds of water.
So here are a few audios from my visits with water in the woods. These are posted on Insight Timer, which are available on their website or app (for free).

As spring warmed up, I’ve been visiting the beach almost daily. Water has become a meditation for me as I walk or sit on a rock.
Here are some of my beach recordings.
